Job Description
Main Duties:
- Servicing incoming reservation calls and emails from direct customers, Agents & RJ Agent offices worldwide for all RJ services
- Delivering service quality to the highest level
- Issuing all passenger e-tickets and other customer documentation, to complete all customer bookings accurately.
- Maintain all operational aspects, which include no show actions, complaint handling, supplier communication, pre departure issues. In order to provide a seamless RJ booking service for passengers.
- Liaise with the Call center Operations Manager and supervisor to manage effective rosters to ensure that the Call Centre is sufficiently staffed to cope with required demand.
- Using initiative to continually recommend improvements to overall running of the Call Centre operation.
Skills
- Telephone skills.
- Communication skills.
- Experience in the use of Airline GDS systems is preferred.
Education
Business Administration or any related field
